- A valid official document proving residency in the Balearic Islands is essential.
- This gift voucher has a unique reference identification code, can only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash, will be replaced in case of loss, and is neither transferable nor refundable.
- Dinner beverages are not included, and the tourist tax must be paid at the hotel.
- The gift voucher must be quoted at the time of booking and presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience.
