Wine tasting in Mallorca
A slow experience between aromas, landscape and the island’s quiet rhythm.
Among vineyard landscapes and centuries of history, the wine tasting at Ca’n Beneït is an invitation to discover Mallorca through flavor, aroma… and the silence that accompanies every sip.
What does Mallorca taste like?
Does it taste like the salt of the sea? Like freshly baked bread with olive oil? Or maybe the sweetness of a warm ensaïmada? Perhaps all of these… but few things express Mallorca quite like its wine.
At Ca’n Beneït, we open the doors of our small cellar for a journey that goes beyond the palate. Each week, our sommelier guides a complimentary wine tasting experience for our staying guests — a sensorial ritual that invites you to feel, not just taste.
THREE STAGES, ONE MOMENT.
The tasting experience follows the three traditional phases —visual, aromatic and gustatory— guiding you through textures, notes and emotions. From bold reds to crisp whites, each glass reflects the light, soil and warmth of the island.
A Tradition with Protected Character.
With over 2,000 years of history, Mallorca’s viticultural tradition remains alive in every harvest. The Mediterranean climate and rich soil allow for the cultivation of exceptional indigenous varieties such as Callet, Mantonegro, or Prensal Blanco.
Today, this legacy is protected by two official Designations of Origin —Pla i Llevant and Binissalem— and six protected geographical indications. We invite you to discover this heritage through more than 500 local labels, some of which you can enjoy in our cellar or by visiting renowned nearby wineries such as Mortitx or Macià Batle.
